OlOlyKraut LLC uses all organically produced ingredients and we source locally as much as possible. Luckily for us, there are abundant farms in the Pacific Northwest and we are currently operating within our regional food system with some notable exceptions like the ginger, chili flakes and salt. We add some Celtic Sea Salt™ to each batch for the added minerals and flavor.
All of our fermented vegetables are delicious straight out of the jar, in salads, sandwiches, mixed in with cooked vegetables, beans, and grains. Some favorite combinations of ours include Fire Chi & peanut butter sandwiches, baked potatoes with Curry Kraut and avocado & Spicy Garlic Chi with tahini on toast, and the old standard sausage with kraut.
