If you would like to order from HLBC, please fill out the membership request form below. You will receive an information e-packet with membership guidelines and requirements. Please mail or drop off your filled out membership application forms. We will review your application and respond as promptly as we are able. There is a possibility that all the membership slots will be full upon receiving your application. In this case we will ask if you wish to be placed on the HLBC Membership Waiting List. $42 annual membership fee.
