Warehouse pick up is Saturday 9:30-6:30 @ 1902 Zylstra Rd. Oak Harbor.
ORDER PICK UP GUIDE:
- Pick up is Friday & Saturday 9:30-6:30
- Your order is ready for pick up if your online order status has been upgraded from “OH HOLD” to “PENDING PAYMENT”
- Your invoice has the number of boxes/bags you are to pick up listed under the order total.
- Dry Goods are under the canopy
- Chills goods are in the walk in cooler
- Frozen goods are in the white upright freezers
- Payment drop box for cash and check (preferred) is on the wall next to the store counter.
- All plastic crates MUST be returned to HLBC
- Enjoy all of your goodies!!
PAYMENT POLICY:
- All invoiced orders and Express Market purchases must be paid by cash or check upon pick up (credit/debit option below).
- All members are advised to have a credit/debit payment option on file for each HLBC account (in case of insufficient funds or unable to pay cash/check at pick up).
- All pre-orders payments will automatically be processed using your card on file, if not paid upon pick up.
- Member Permission must be granted before Membership Renewal Dues can be processed.
- A 3% transaction fee will be added to all invoices paid with Credit/Debit Cards.
- Express Market purchases must be paid in full on purchase date with Cash, Check or Venmo “JVK-5”. Please note a CC charge request on your slip
